ABOUT US
Our names are Kirby Thomas and Alex Sims. We are members of the Montgomery Leadership Program at Mississippi State University. The Montgomery Leadership Program is a three semester program that teaches students about the qualities of leadership and how to apply them in their lives.

The two of us are in our third and final semester of the program and are currently working on our capstone project.

We chose to use our capstone project to raise awareness about hunger. Hunger is everywhere. You may not even notice it. There are people locally who do not have enough to eat to live healthily.
Obviously, hunger is an issue not only locally but also worldwide. We wanted to do something to try and make a difference in both areas.

We hope to host several events throughout the semester to raise awareness and also take up donations to make a difference. These donations will be monetary donations and also canned good donations.
